this code is doing waht here?

dblround(&amount, 2);

if the amount  = 100 or 100.00,what is teh result after dblround?

Well, as far as I know, there is no standard libc function named dblround()...  So,
where exactly is this function coming from?  It must either be local to whatever app
you're looking at, or from some other library of some sort...
